Now I don't know about you but in the mornings I really struggle to eat breakfast! I find that I just don't have the time-I'm always in a rush! But I have now found a way to eat breakfast on the go!!
My friend came into school one day with a salad in a jar! I thought that this was a really good idea as it is recycling and water tight so I decided to try it out for breakfast and it really works! You can load up the jam jar with yogurt (my favourite is 'Onken strawberry wholegrain'!) and granola on the top! I recommend putting the granola on in the morning or it can go a bit soggy! Top it off with fruit if you want then all u need to do is put a spoon in tinfoil (u don't have to) and go!!
Having a drink is also really important so I recommend having a juice carton to go as well!!
