#Vampifyme for Halloween!!

Hola Amigos!!

Halloween is nearly amongst us!! I am sooo excited!!  Anyway, what I thought I would do is a really quick last minute Halloween party costume idea if you completely forgot (it happens!!) .

So lets get straight into the spooktactular ideas!! (I know...bad joke)
This idea is sooo easy and inexpensive, not to mention the fact that you will look epic at your party!!

#Vampifyme
Now I'm not thinking 'Twilight' here even though I loved that movie and more importantly the book,  this vamp look is going to be cute but scary at the same time!
Face:
All you literally need to do is take a white eye-shadow or if you have a white face paint then use that (the eye shadow is if you are really last minute and don't have time to get face paint! Don't worry it works just as well!) and cover your face and neck so that it becomes white and ghosty. If you are wearing a low cut top or dress then you might want to bring the white down so that all of you looks ghostly! Then take a black eyeshadow-matte- and a big fluffy brush/ contour brush. Take a little amount of the black onto the brush and gently apply it to the hollows of your cheeks to really emphasise your cheekbones!! Blend it out really well though so it looks more realistic and scary!! You can also add a pale highlight to the cheeks and cheekbones but I would avoid colour like blush because vampires in the movies tend to be very pale and have no colour- however if you want to then go for it!!
Eyes:
Get a black or grey eyeshadow and outline the corners of your eyes and the crease to create a smokey eye look. Finish with white in the corners and blend out with the black. Then take a black eyeliner and draw your best flicks/cat eyes on top of the eyeshadow- make them quite big and visible as this look is all about standing out. If you want to make the flicks perfect just get some tape and stick it on the skin where you want the flick to be, then draw against it!
You can add false lashes if you have some but if not don't worry, just add a few coats of mascara! :)
Lips:
Now a look that I have tried and think is quite cool and vampy for Halloween is to take a black eyeliner, preferably pencil/kohl, and draw around the lip line- you can make your lip line bigger if you want or you can just keep them the same. Maybe make the area around the cupids bow slightly accented and pointy if you want as this adds to the vampy-ness of this Halloween look! Then once done, fill in your lips with the black eyeliner so that they are completely black- a really good trick to make them look fuller is to take a white eyeshadow and gently press it onto the middle of the lips to give the false allusion of them being really plump. The great thing about using a pencil is its easy to carry around and fit into pockets if your going out!!
If you don't want a black lip then take a red lipstick and liner and repeat the process above for the black lip, except they'll be red, obviously.
If you want to go the extra mile and have fake blood you can always add a trickle down the side of your mouth for authenticity or alternatively use a red lip pencil/lipstick and create the effect of blood!
Hair:
You can literally do anything you like with your hair, but I think a pushed back sleek look would be really cool with lots of hairspray to hold it in place!!
Outfit:
Anything sleek and black will do like a dress or a black jumpsuit/catsuit or even just a top and trousers! You could add some killer heels to finish the look if you wanted!!

Hope this helps your last minute halloween outfit!! What are you doing for halloween and what are you going as? If you do try this look, let me know how you got on in the comments!! :)
